TARTUFATA - SUMMER TRUFFLE CREAM
Our summer truffle cream is a tasty specialty made of cultivated mushrooms and summer truffle, precious gems of our Langhe area. With its typical brown color and the right viscosity, this ready-to-use cream allows to easily cook tasty gourmet dishes, such as tasty bruschetta on a hot slice of bread for special appetizers or even on omelettes, pizzas or focaccia bread. It is ideal as a condiment for first dishes such as tajarin or tagliatelle, but also rice, meat or fish dishes.

TARTUFFON – BLACK TRUFFLE CREAM
This tasty cream arises from the best mushrooms picked in our woods combined with the white gem of our land, the white truffle. An extraordinary speciality prepared solely with carefully chosen ingredients, without any preservatives or colorants, in order to keep the tastes of nature intact. This ready-to-use cream allows to easily cook tasty gourmet dishes. Enriched in olive oil, this cream is perfect on a hot homemade slice of bread, as a sauce for pasta (tagliatelle, spaghetti, crepes.), rice, eggs, white meats or even as a stuffing for first courses or meats.

POTATO PUREE WITH TRUFFLE
Prepared with the best potatoes and already completed with all the necessary ingredients, it is a marvelous preparation that just needs hot water and 3 minutes’ cooking time. This soft puree, enriched by the renowned and refined truffle, is a tasty dish ideal to be combined with meats or to be savored as it is.

ARTICHOKE AND TRUFFLE CREAM
The flavors of spring are captured in our Artichoke and Truffle Cream. This simple puree of artichoke hearts and light olive oil makes a wonderful spread for bruschetta and crostini. As a base for light sauces, it makes the perfect accompaniment for fish or chicken. Keep a jar on hand so, even in the depth of winter, the essence of spring is right at hand.

MAYONNAISE WITH TRUFFLE  
Our mayonnaise, prepared with fresh pasteurized eggs with the addition of extra virgin olive oil, meet the truffle in order to create a unique taste. The product is characterized by the spots of the truffle. It is perfect not only with meat, but also vegetables, such as salads and also with fish, such as salmon or hake. (carton: 12 items of 120g)

OLIVE OIL WITH WHITE TRUFFLE
Olive oil, which maintains the genuineness of olives as just harvested and the fragrance of their perfume infused with the delicate and special flavour of the white truffle (the Gold of the Langhe) is poured in an elegant can in a retro style. This special dressing is excellent on pasta, meats and a wide range of courses, giving the refined final touch to the most discerning palates.
